Information relating to your organisation is managed in your organisation dashboard.

Core information

All of the information provided in the initial organisation setup form will be shown in the Core information page.

If you need to change the orgnanisation name or the URL code please contact us at support@ticketize.co.uk

The Customer support email address can be amended in the core information page.

Description (max 2000 characters)

The organisation description field is your chance to promote your organisation. You may want to include the following information:

• Your organisation’s purpose and goals
• An overview of the kinds of events you organise
• Who your organisation works with or supports e.g. families, students, or specific community groups
• How and when the organisation was founded

Multiple organisations in Ticketize

You can be involved with more than one organisation on the Ticketize platform. The menu in the top right corner of the page has links to all the organisations connected to your account, as well as an option to create a new organisation.
