Refunds and disputes
While most events take place as planned, there may be times when an event is canceled, or a ticket buyer requests a refund.
Responsibilities of event organisers
It is up to the organisation to create Event terms and conditions when setting up their event that clearly explain policies relating to refund requests and cancelled events.

If a ticket buyer contacts Ticketize requesting a refund they will be advised to contact the event organiser directly.
Please be aware that Ticketize will not refund the platform fee if an event is canceled or if a ticket is refunded. Similarly Stripe will not refund the processing fee in either of these cases.

Individual refunds should be processed directly from your Stripe account.
